Terms of use

1. Who we are

This website, flexgaming.tech, is operated by Flex Gaming Technologies Ltd, registered in the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, IBC No. 16395, with its registered office at Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros (“we”, “us”). By using the website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the website.

2. What the website is

The website presents the games we develop and information about our company. It does not offer gambling services. You cannot deposit, stake or win real money on this website.

Demo versions linked from the website use virtual credits that have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged, transferred or withdrawn. Demo results do not predict results in real-money play.

Our games are intended for adults aged 18 or over, or the higher minimum age that applies where you live. Do not use the demos if you are under that age or if online gaming is not permitted where you are.

3. Game information

Game descriptions, RTP figures, maximum wins and other numbers on the website describe the mathematical design of each game and are provided for information. RTP is a long-term theoretical average and does not describe the result of any single session. Figures marked as a target may change before release.

The version of a game offered by a licensed operator, and its certified figures, may differ by jurisdiction. The rules shown inside the game at the operator always prevail.

4. Intellectual property

All game names, artwork, logos, text, software and other content on the website and in the demos belong to us or our licensors. You may view the website and play the demos for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any other use, including copying, redistribution, framing or modification, requires our prior written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You must not interfere with the website or the demos, try to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scrape content at scale, reverse engineer or decompile our software, or use automated means to play the demos.

6. Links to other websites

The website links to websites we do not control, such as responsible gaming organisations. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

7. Availability and liability

The website and the demos are provided “as is” and “as available”. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of them at any time without notice.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the website or the demos. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. These terms are governed by the laws of the Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros.

Questions about these terms: info@flexgaming.tech.

Privacy notice

1. Controller

Flex Gaming Technologies Ltd, IBC No. 16395, Hamchako, Mutsamudu, Autonomous Island of Anjouan, Union of Comoros, is responsible for the processing of personal data described in this notice. Contact: info@flexgaming.tech.

2. Visiting the website

The website uses no cookies, no analytics and no advertising trackers, and has no forms or user accounts.

When you open a page, our hosting and content delivery provider processes technical data that every web request contains: your IP address, the date and time, the requested address, the referring page and your browser’s user agent. This is necessary to deliver the website and protect it from abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure website. These logs are kept by the provider for a limited period under its own retention rules.

3. Playing a demo

When you start a demo, our game servers create a temporary demo session and process a session identifier, your IP address, the country derived from it, your browser’s user agent and the game rounds you play. We use this data to run the game, to keep a verifiable record of every round, and to detect and prevent abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in providing and protecting the demos. Demo data is not linked to your name or to any account.

4. Writing to us

If you e-mail us, we process your e-mail address, your name if you give it and the content of your message in order to reply. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in answering enquiries or, where relevant, steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We keep correspondence as long as needed to deal with your request and any follow-up, and then delete it.

5. Who receives the data

We use service providers for hosting, content delivery and e-mail. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service. Some of them are located outside your country; where required, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. We do not sell personal data and do not share it for advertising.

6. Your rights

Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. To exercise your rights, write to info@flexgaming.tech.

7. Changes

We may update this notice. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
